Josephlister Paraffin Gauze is a soft, non-adherent dressing impregnated with white soft paraffin, designed to provide a soothing barrier between wounds and secondary dressings. It maintains a moist environment to promote natural healing while reducing pain during dressing changes.
Ideal for burns, skin grafts, donor sites, and abrasions, it prevents adherence to fragile tissue and minimizes wound disruption. The dressing is easy to cut and shape for different wound sizes and can be paired with absorbent secondary dressings for exudate control.
